Organic fertilizer dry roller granulator
Dry roller granulator is also called dry powder granulator, which is often used for shaping pressing of dry powder raw materials. It is also called organic fertilizer dry roller granulator when used for pressing powder organic fertilizer. It adopts dry roller technology, the dry powder materials
whose water content is less than or equal to 10% are made into special equipment of granular products by external pressure.
All kinds of dry powder materials are added from the feeding port of the equipment, after degassing and screw prepressing, they enter the opposite roller, under the action of the great compression pressure of the opposite roller, the materials are plastic deformed and compressed into flaky and flaky materials. After the process of crushing, forming and screening, the particle-like products are obtained.
Working Principle of dry roller granulator:
Organic fertilizer dry roller pelletizer is driven by electric motor with Belt and belt wheel, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through speed reducer, and synchronizes with the passive shaft through the counteropen gear, and works in the opposite direction. All kinds of dry powder materials are added from the feeding Hopper on the top of the equipment, and enter into two equal rollers through degassing and spiral prepressing. The rollers rotate relatively, and the materials are forced to be sent between the two rollers, the roller bites the material into the gap of the roller to conduct forced compression. After the material passes through the compression zone, the surface tension and gravity of the material make it escape naturally.
Through roller extrusion molding, demoulding ball making, and through a pair of chain, it is delivered to the crushing sieve studio, sifting and separating finished (ball) particles, and then returning material and mixing new material, then conduct pelleting. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production can be realized.
After being taken out, the finger-shaped lumps enter the granulator and are broken by rotating knife. The broken materials enter the granulator and make the particles and part of the powdered materials enter the rotary sieve for screening through rolling knife, qualified products are sent to the finished warehouse through the conveyor. The materials under the powder screen are sent back to the raw material warehouse for secondary roller pressing through the conveyor, and the size of the extrusion pressure can be adjusted by the hydraulic system according to the need of the pelletizing operation. By changing the groove form of the roller surface, materials like flaky, strip and flat ball can be obtained.
