environment. At present, three treatment methods are mainly adopted: Landfill, sea filling and incineration. The treatment methods of the existing technology are easy to cause secondary environmental pollution and waste a lot of organic fertilizer resources. After years of painstaking research by human biotechnology personnel, domestic sludge can be turned into bio-organic fertilizer after microbial fermentation treatment, which is suitable for trees, flowers, lawns and used as substrate for raising seedlings in forest containers, good growth effects were obtained, and the physical, chemical and biological properties of soil were improved. Domestic sludge is generated after domestic sewage treatment. Domestic sewage is produced by residents' toilets, kitchens and bathrooms. Therefore, domestic sludge is "nutritious". The organic matter content of domestic sludge after fermentation is generally as high as over 50%, and the nutritional indexes such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are between 5% and 7%, while the heavy metal content is very low, which meets the basic standard of organic fertilizer, it can be completely used as fertilizer.

 

So how to make domestic sludge into organic fertilizer?

 

Let's take a look at the production process of sludge organic fertilizer:

 

1. Adjust the moisture content of raw materials:

Generally, the water content of sludge in water treatment plant is relatively high, which is about 75%-80%. Generally, it has undergone anaerobic fermentation, and the content of harmful bacteria is not high, when being transported back to the fermentation plant, the raw materials with low water content should be laid under the fermentation tank first, and then the water absorbing auxiliary materials should be laid upward to make full use of the liquid organic fertilizer, which can increase the abundance of various nutrients in the raw materials, in fermentation, the water content of the material can be 50%-55%.

 

Add water absorbing auxiliary materials into the sludge, such as household garbage and crushed crop straws, branches, leaves and sludge fertilizer with lower moisture content after backfilling and fermentation: Generally, the sludge accounts for 60%-70%, water absorbing auxiliary materials such as household garbage account for about 30%-40%.

 

2. Add sludge starter (anti-corrosion agent):

 

Adding sludge starter to sludge is usually added before fermentation, and through the action of flipping machine, flipping and stirring, the fermentation bacteria are evenly mixed with sludge, the addition amount of compound fermentation bacteria is generally about 0.1%-0.3%. As long as the sludge starter is applied into the sludge.

 

3. Heap fermentation:

 

High temperature fermentation can effectively kill pathogenic microorganisms and Ascaris eggs in sludge, fix heavy metals in microorganisms,

or turn them into insoluble carbonate to prevent heavy metals from entering the food chain. When the temperature reaches 65-70 degrees, it can be turned over and cooled down. When the temperature is too high during fermentation, beneficial bacteria in the raw materials will be killed, and when the content of beneficial bacteria in the finished products is not up to standard, the fermentation can be carried out in 5-7 days in summer and 12-15 in winter, place the material storage plant for stacking and fermentation for 3-5 days to make the water content between 35%-40% before granulation.

There are generally two kinds of dumpling fermentation methods: dumpling fermentation of ground noodles by using ground dumpling machine; And trough dumpling fermentation by using trough dumpling machine. 4. Material crushing:

5. Material mixing:

6. Granulation of materials:

There are three kinds of particles, big, medium and small. The angle of the granulation disk must be adjusted to a certain position, and the angle is determined according to the size of the particles. The larger the angle is, the smaller the particles are, and the smaller the angle is, the larger the particle is.

7. Organic fertilizer drying and cooling process:

Send the pelleted semi-finished organic fertilizer particles to the dryer through the main conveyor for drying, and control the drying temperature below 70 degrees, because the water content of the feed is about 35%-40%, if the temperature is too high, beneficial bacteria in the raw materials will be killed. The retention time of particles in the dryer is 40-45 minutes, and the rotation speed of the dryer is 4.5-5

revolutions, which can reach the outlet.

 

Send the dried organic fertilizer finished particles to the primary screening machine through the conveyor, and select the large, medium and small particles. The larger particles are sent to the pulverizer through the return belt to grind for further granulation, medium and finished materials, the particles are sent to the cooling machine for cooling through the conveyor. Because the particles have a certain temperature, the particles are sent after cooling, and the fine powder is sorted out by two sieving.

 

8. Finished product packaging:

Send the screened finished particles of organic fertilizer into the organic fertilizer automatic packaging machine through the conveyor, and then the finished bio-organic fertilizer can be produced by measuring and packaging.
